Operational Performance Team:
How we do it.

Purpose: “To measure, evaluate, improve and communicate Wolverine’s organizational performance. To carry out key initiatives to enhance operations, reporting and organizational efficiency.”

2018 Goals

  • Establish an efficient inventory/materials system

  • Develop and communicate departmental and business metrics

  • Improve accounting/inventory reports

  • Streamline the purchasing process

  • Manage the O&M Budget and 5-Year Plan process

  • Guide the implementation of the new Enterprise Software system launch

  • Develop guidelines for Project Management and create new PM progress reports.
